Are you looking for a day-of wedding coordinator to help take your mind off organization on your big day?

The day-of coordinator service is great when you have completed most of the planning for your wedding, but realize that you would like to be able to enjoy your wedding day without having to worry about all of the details. As your day-of wedding coordinator, I will oversee all of those details to make sure your wedding is executed just the way you envisioned it. Giving you and your family a stress-free and enjoyable one darling day.

My service includes:

An initial consultation with the couple to become acquainted and obtain information regarding your wedding.
Three pre-wedding follow up meetings, in order to gather all the necessary details.
Configure and finalize a time-line itinerary that would help your wedding run smoothly.
Can suggest vendors that I trust will bring your wedding vision to light.
Ongoing and unlimited contact with me via phone and email.
Can also offer you styling tips for wedding decor, d-i-y ideas, table setup etc.
We will visit the venue to discuss the layout and set up of the reception area.
Two weeks prior to your wedding, contact with vendors you would like me to confirm arrangements with.
Collection of items to be brought and set up by me at venue such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards table numbers etc.
Complete wedding day coverage includes the following:

Morning of wedding, call all necessary vendors to confirm arrival times to ceremony and vendor site.
Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors as they start arriving to the venue.
Distribute copies of your wedding day itinerary to all necessary vendors.
Assist vendors with any questions or problems that may arise.
Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors on your behalf.
Oversee proper setup of decor at the venue (tables, centerpieces, linens, diy projects etc).
Confirm proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, flower arrangements, etc.
Greet your guests as they start arriving to the reception and direct them to the proper area.
Supervise the proper setup of the cocktail hour and distribution of hors d' oeuvres to your guests.
Assure dj/band are following the wedding schedule and are cued for correct music playing.
During the dinner portion of your wedding, oversee that the catering staff are distributing food and drinks to your guests at the appropriate time.
If the wedding is buffet style, ensuring that there is sufficient amount of food and drinks being placed by catering.
During the reception ensuring your MC follows the wedding itinerary for speeches, dances, and announcements (first dance, bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc).
As the wedding progresses, I will do a complete overview of the reception to ensure there are no uncompleted tasks such as: photographer, dj/mc, obtaining a break to eat, setting aside items that need to be stored away safely (money box, gifts, personalized items, etc).
A follow up meeting after the wedding, to review and ensure you were pleased with my coordinating service. As well as answer any questions you may have.

My Price Package:

*Package 1- starting at $450
Includes: all the above service, 8 hours of wedding coverage and a maximum of approximately 150 guest.

*Package 2- starting at $550
Includes: all the above service, full day of wedding coverage, and a maximum of approximately 250 guests.

*Package 3- starting at $750
Includes: all the above service with some modifications if needed, such as accompanying you to some wedding appointments, wedding rehearsal, ceremony assistance etc. A full day of wedding coverage, a 2nd coordinator if needed, and a maximum of approximately 350 guest.

*Rehearsal & Ceremony Assistance- Can be included in your package at a reasonable additional charge.

A little about me: I am detail-oriented, organized, easy going, and love weddings because of all the special design elements that go into them to make a picture perfect day. I reside in Pasadena, CA and also work in the fashion industry as an assistant to an amazing designer. I have good references (weddingwire.com) and would love to continue to work with new couples. I can work within your budget, so you can enjoy your wedding day stress-free.
